International Shipping. We currently only ship products within the United States and Canada. If you select an international shipping address during checkout, your order will be cancelled and refunded. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns
Return Policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Cosnori®. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement, subject to the policy below.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by us.
- Refunds are issued for the full order amount paid, excluding original shipping fees.
- Returns must contain all products included in the original order. Partial returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Used, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
Step 1) Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2) Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3) Ship the package to the return facility address provided by Customer Service.
Step 4) We will process your refund upon receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for another size, color, or completely different item, please return it for a refund following the steps above and place a new order.
Final Sale Items. From time to time we may designate certain products as “Final Sale” in which case returns and exchanges are prohibited.
